Contact and corrections
Found a wrong figure, or want a pepper added? We would like to hear from you.
This website is run by Michael Theodore, trading as Scoville Chart. You can reach us at [email protected].
What helps most
- A correction: we are happy to be challenged on our figures. Tell us which item, the figure you think is right, and where it is published (a link or a full citation). We need a good reference for every Scoville figure, so we check yours against it and, if it holds up, update the chart.
- A chilli to add: tell us the name and a published source for its heat range. We only add chillies that have a source.
- A problem with the site: tell us what you were doing, and which device and browser you were using.
This is a one-person project, so replies may take a few days. We cannot give medical advice. If you have had a bad reaction to a chilli or chilli product, please seek medical help.
